Les Hiboux is found in a picturesque area of the French Vendee about an hour inland from La Rochelle and an hour south of Nantes.

The cottage is located in the small hamlet of La Seurie approximately one kilometer from Mouilleron en Pareds. Here you can find a small supermarket and three bars, two with restaurants...but very few tourists. It's a very unhurried and relaxed place, ideal for those who truly wish to get away from it all.

Originally built around the 1850s as a two room farmer's cottage with an upstairs grain store, the cottage has been renovated and now has three upstairs double bedrooms and a bathroom and a large downstairs living area. With the nearest coast 50 minutes away and a swimming pool in Mouilleron en Pareds, adults and children alike can enjoy their stay here.
