What happens after I submit this form?

We receive an e-mail from you.

We check whether we have availability and advise you by return.

We confirm availability, which we hold for seven days. We ask that you send in a deposit of £100 - details will be supplied. Full payment is due six weeks in advance of your arrival.

In common with most lettings our deposit is non-refundable and we would recommend that you take out holiday insurance with a cancellation clause.
